About Us |
Balanced Secretarial Solutions is the creation of Marie Gray who is originally from New Zealand and now living in Sydney with her husband and two young daughters.
After years of working as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant and then starting a family, Marie realised she needed to create a balanced working environment where she could utilise her experience and skills and someone else could benefit from them.
Over the past 20 years she has worked in various administration roles in New Zealand, London, Ireland and Sydney. She has worked in both large and small international organisations in a variety of industries including; a small Property Valuation company, Credit Suisse First Boston, Lend Lease Projects, Smith Madden Group an Interior Design Company, the Guinness Brewery, Diageo Global Supply (Alcohol Company) as well as CTC Productions working on both television shows Burkes Backyard and Backyard Blitz. Marie and her husband have also owned and operated a successful restaurant in East Sydney called Voiaj where she was the Functions Coordinator. After selling the restaurant and deciding that the hospitality industry wasn’t suitable with a young family, they then established a wholesale Travel Company which is based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. |
